Challenge: ReverseVision needed a comprehensive brand refresh and cohesive marketing assets to support lead generation, webinars, digital campaigns, and product education all aligned with evolving messaging in the mortgage tech space.

Approach: Led full rebrand including logo creation, brand system, brochures, sales decks, tradeshow collateral, HubSpot landing pages, email campaigns, social media graphics, white papers, and video content. Collaborated cross-functionally with internal marketing and external PRw teams. Designed content tailored to events and product rollouts; tracked engagement through HubSpot analytics.

Results: Launched a unified brand experience across all channels that drove measurable increases in web traffic and lead engagement. Final creative assets elevated ReverseVision’s market presence and supported thought leadership in a highly regulated industry.

In addition, I oversaw the migration of the company’s CRM system from Act-On to Hubspot. I regularly reviewed the analytics and provided daily and weekly updates to upper management and the sales staff.
